Wrapping Machinery

We manufacture wrapping machinery of three main types. Overwrapping machines for packaging box-shaped products with paper or film. We are proud of having the best record in Japan for the delivery of wrapping machines for gifts and confectioneries in particular. Next, our vertical form-fill-seal machines and powder filling machines form a film roll into bags then fill and pack powders or granular/piece items. They are also compatible with special packaging forms such as wide-top bags, hem seal bags, and quattro packs. Last, our baling systems contribute to resource recycling by compressing and packing waste paper, aluminum, industrial waste, and plastic bottles. They all ensure ease of use, high capacity, and packaging quality, and contribute to stable production for our customers.

Line Engineering

We provide the best-fit automated lines that contribute to streamlining factory production. We offer customers solutions after closely examining how to solve each customer’s particular problems and the installation requirements, including the product characteristics, the installation space, the method of feeding the packaging materials, cardboard sheet, or other materials into the machine, and the operator’s line of flow. Once a customer accepts our proposal, we take responsibility for machinery installation and after-sales service. The automated lines we have manufactured and sold are demonstrating great effectiveness in optimization and labor-saving. They are being used by a wide variety of customers and are highly rated.
