For employees who have taken long-term leave, we support a smooth return to work and prevention of recurrence by implementing a return-to-work program in cooperation with their primary doctor, our industrial physicians, and the public health nurse.
Creating Pleasant WorkplacesWith the results of group analyses of workplaces using stress checks, we raise issues related to workplace environment evaluation and improvement, and take steps to narrow down the priority issues every year.
As a countermeasure against heat stroke while at work, which is also an occupational health risk, we are implementing stronger measures against heat in workplaces, including air conditioning, lending air-conditioned clothing to employees, and helping employees stay hydrated.
