Measurement for crack and break
The product that is easy to break has to be paied attention the crack and break as the product is fed vertically while packaging. For such product, the VFFS machine with short-drop distance would be a solution.
Seal contamination
If the snack or rice cracker has the seasoning powder such as solt, mixed flavor or pepper. Those powder may be dropped in different timing with the product that cause the contamination in the seal area. TAM VFFS machines have fall-shut device mounted just before the end-sealing in order to suppress the occurance of contamination.
Seal failure, Wrinkle
If the filling weight is over 500ｇ, or the voluminous package though the single piece is light, the bag may have detachment of end seal or may have wrinkle(dart). As for the measurement of seal detachment, the mechanism for soften the drop impact before sealing could be adopted. For wrinkle(dart) problem, the mechanism that spreads the film in lateral direction just before sealing could be adopted.
Nonfood packaging
We have experienced packaging nonfood product such as cilica gel, cat's litter, pet food(dry food). The principal point of packaging is same with food products. The cilica gel bounces when dropping to the metal material, so the rubber sheet on top of the dropping surface is necessary.

This standard but very functional vertical form-fill-seal machine was created based on TAM's pursuit of exceptional film feeding and sealing performance. When the machine is running, operators can view the operating status and monitor the temperature, pressure, and closure location on the sealing bar. Increasing the product value
If the product contains oil, it is likely to be oxidized. For those product, filling inert gas such as nitrogen can be filled in the bag while packing to avoid oxidation.
For easy opening, the notch can be cut.
