Prevention of powder drappage
The powder or granule product with high fluidity such as consomme powder or seasoned solt and papper, the measurement to prevent powder drop as these products are likely to flow at the discharge of filler.

There are many varieties of seasonings and spices, each with their own characteristics.Therefore, the machine adjustment have to be done according to the porudct character that condition would also be vary dut to the environment.

TAM Powder filling machine
TAM Powder filling machines use auger screw shaped in helix. The filling is executed by pushing the powder out by the auger screw. It is also possible to weigh the filling volume while filling.

We have various type of auger screw that are different in diameter, length, shape and offer the suitable powder characteristics.
The packaging style with wide printing area
The normal pillow bag has a center seal on the back.Our VFFS machine can produce Hem-seal bag that has the vertical seal on the side edge to allow the wider printing area.
Wide variety of packaging style
In the Zipper specification, a zipper can be applied inside the bag to re-close and re-open. TAM VFFS machine produce the various packaging styles and can apply optional such as punch hole or chai bag.
Integrated control
The integrated control for auger filling machine and VFFS machine is possible that are normally required for the separate touch panel and cotrol box.
TAM desgins and manufactures the both filling machine and VFFS machine. The operation can be carried out by a single touch panel and control box, and the maintenance is taken care by us all at once.
