The powdered drink such as cocoa or sport drink contains sugar and oil in the powder that may melt and adhere the auger screw. That may cause the unstable filling accuracy or decreasing the performance due to the low discharged volume.

TAM Powder fillint machine
TAM Powder filling machines use auger screw shaped in helix. The filling is executed by pushing the powder out by the auger screw. It is also possible to weigh the filling volume while filling.

We have various type of auger screw that are different in diameter, length, shape and offer the suitable powder characteristics.
Prevention of unforseen powder drop and powder contamination
We have experiences and techniques of degassing filling to prevent powder dropping at the discharge end. Degassing is the solution to reduce powder flying and increase the volume density by vacuuming the air contained in the powder through the decassing filter. In the combination with VFFS machine to carry out the bag filling, degassing prevents the powder adhesion from the sealing part so the contamination would be suppressed. The unexpected powder drop after stopping the filling would also be prevented. Increasing the volume density would resoult the cost reduction.
Wide-top bag is the just right bag for powder drink
The Wide-top bag is the style we have invented. The opening is same as pillow bag that is easy for the user to take the product out, and the bottom flaps are folded to form square shape so that it stand by itself. Zipper can be applied for re-opening and re-closing.
Integrated control
The integrated control for auger filling machine and VFFS machine is possible that are normally required for the separate touch panel and cotrol box.
TAM desgins and manufactures the both filling machine and VFFS machine. The operation can be carried out by a single touch panel and control box, and the maintenance is taken care by us all at once
