The point of wrapping frozen food
What is so called the frozen food is the product controlled and managed in the temperature consistently minus 18 degrees centigrade in the process of production, distribution and transportation. There are some point to be noted for the packaging in the environment of nimus temperature.
Measurement for low temperature environment
Keeping the temperature by warming up partially of some electronic devices may be necessary which are not supported the use in the lower temperature. Attention must be payed for the dew generated from the temperature difference that may cause the improper operation or malfunction.
Prevention of pin-hole
The mechanical structure to suppress the falling impact is required for not generating pin-hole on the film when the frozen foods falls and contact to the film.

This standard but very functional vertical form-fill-seal machine was created based on TAM's pursuit of exceptional film feeding and sealing performance. When the machine is running, operators can view the operating status and monitor the temperature, pressure, and closure location on the sealing bar.Both continuous and intermittent model are available based upon requirements.
