Measures against package expansion
The coffee beans remain emitting carbon dioxide gas after roasting and packing.
If the package is sealed, the package may expand or burst due to the increased inner pressure. Therefore, it is necessary to attaching valve on the package to release the gas out of the package.
Maintaining freshness（Prevention of oxidation）
Coffee bean contains oil and fat. The fresher the coffee beans and powder are, the richer flavor and taste is enjoyable. To maintain the flavor and taste, filling Nitrogen gass in the bag to replace the oxygen with nitrogen gas is the important point since oil and fat become oxidized when it is exposed the air.
For selecting the gas release valve
Inner valve is the type to paste the valve inside the bag. This has good effect of gas releasing. The outer valve is the type to paste the valve outside the bag which, the price is reasonable. The valve should be selected for the purpose and the cost. The structure of the gas relaese valve prevents the invasion of outside air, so the freshness will not be lost.
