For the user who operate VFFS machine, adjusting \u201cfilm deviation\u201d may be troublesome and time-consuming. When setting film roll on VFFS machine, \u201cFilm roll position\u201d and \u201cStabilization of film path in the machine\u201d are the key points, however, film deviation may occur even those key points are addressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Film deviation is a phenomenon that film is misaligned to one side (left or right) before being transferred to the forming section which makes the long seal position be shifted and heavily effects on the sealing quality and package appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon the machine operation is suspended to correct film misalignment, additional time is required to adjust the film roll position or the film path and also the film is consumed. This results in wasted time and increased film cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TWJB has a solution for preventing this.
Our Film deviation adjust function can be activate during operation while producing empty bag by moving the tangent roller which is equipped with motor, and adjusting the tangent roller itself from left to right so as to make fine adjustment of the film roll position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Automatic Film deviation adjust function in TWFX<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The latest model TWFX is equipped with automatic film deviation adjustment system that the film edge observation is always on. When film deviation is detected, the sub-frame unit itself automatically adjusts the position to the target value. As the sub-frame moves just behind the forming unit, the time for adjusting the film deviation has been reduced in comparison to the previous model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
