How do you think the machine specifications is determined ? Let\u2019s break it down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In some cases, the specification is determined based on past success result. Or, if the product is \u2018Similar\u2019 to a product handled in the past, specifications are determined based on the difference between the product characteristics and past experience. To obtain certainty, testing is also carried out by using a real machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Test laboratory \/ Machine test<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have laboratory room in the factory. As a part of determination of configuration, we run the VFFS machine or Auger filling machine for testing. First of all, the provided sample product by customer is checked and the necessary parts are selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After mounting the necessary parts, the test starts with setting the data.
If it is a filling machine, packages weights are measured and then checked the results in a chart as well.
Machine would be adjusted additionally in case if it is deemed as more accuracy is necessary. By readjusting or mounting optional parts when necessary, it becomes possible to achieve highly accurate results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The test report and movie files are submitted after the test. Not only the packaging accuracy, a test for leak detection is also carried out.
We offer customer an opportunity to visit our factory to make detail explanation with using the real machine as well as attending the test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
